1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
- Keep your account and paired Mac secure. You are responsible for activity performed through them and must promptly report unauthorized use.
- Information you give us must be accurate. You may not impersonate another person or use their resume or answers without authorization.
2. What the Service does
TailorOffer helps you find jobs, create a role-specific resume from facts you confirmed, fill application forms, and—when you direct it—submit through Chrome running on your Mac. The Agent pauses for CAPTCHAs, missing information, ambiguous fields, and other situations requiring you. You remain responsible for each target, answer, file, representation, and submission.
3. No hiring, delivery, or sponsorship guarantee
We do not employ candidates, represent employers, or control job boards or applicant-tracking systems. Job availability, historical sponsorship data, submission receipts, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions are controlled by third parties. A receipt records the success signal the Agent observed; it does not guarantee that an employer accepted, reviewed, or will act on an application.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- submit false, misleading, discriminatory, or unauthorized material;
- evade CAPTCHAs, access controls, rate limits, or other security controls;
- scrape private information, steal credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service or a third-party site;
- resell accounts or points, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service, or use it in violation of applicable law or a target site’s rules.
We may pause or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service, investigate abuse, or comply with law. You can export and delete account data from Profile settings.
5. Plans, points, and payment
- Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We do not automatically renew or charge you again.
- Season points expire 90 days after purchase; Month points expire 30 days after purchase; Pack points do not expire while your active account remains available.
- A completed automatic application currently uses three points: one for a tailored resume and two for an Agent submission. A fill-only Agent action uses one point. The checkout page shows the price and included points before payment.
- Points are a limited license to use the Service. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and do not create a stored-value account.
- Stripe processes payment information under its own terms. Taxes, if required, may be added or collected as disclosed at checkout.
Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of your resumes, profile facts, answers, and generated application materials. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. TailorOffer’s software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors’.
7. Third-party services
Google authentication, Stripe, hosting and model providers, employers, job boards, and applicant-tracking systems are independent services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of a transaction. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, decisions, or content.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude warranties or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, TailorOffer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost opportunities, profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the Service. Changes do not retroactively reduce a refund right you already received. Questions: support@tailoroffer.com.
