Your balance is counted in points rather than applications because the two halves of an application are billed where they happen. Nothing else costs anything — browsing the catalogue, reviewing a draft, correcting a fact and re-running a tailor you rejected are all free.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Sending applications needs a Mac
Applications are submitted by an Agent that runs on your own machine, which is what keeps them off our servers and out of your logged-in job-board accounts. That Agent is macOS 13 or later today. Everything before submission — discovery, tailoring, reviewing, editing your facts — runs in any modern browser on any computer.
If you do not have a Mac, start on the free tier and see whether the rest is useful to you before paying for submissions you cannot yet send.

Before you pay
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new account gets 16 complete applications free, with no card and no trial timer. Every feature is included — the same tailoring, the same Agent, the same receipts. It is not a demo of a smaller product.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing here is a subscription. Season and Month are one payment that covers a fixed window, and Pack never expires at all. When the window ends the plan simply stops — there is no card on file to charge again and nothing to remember to cancel.
What counts as one application?
A tailored resume written for one posting plus the Agent submitting it, which your balance counts as 3 points — 1 for the tailoring and 2 for the submission. Browsing jobs, reviewing a draft and editing your facts cost nothing.
Is there a student discount?
Every paid tier is 50% off with a verified .edu email address. The discount is applied at checkout once the address is verified; it is not a code you have to find.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days. Email support from the address on your account with the plan and roughly when you bought it. Every application leaves a receipt, so a dispute is checkable in both directions rather than a matter of opinion.
Do I need a Mac to buy this?
To send applications, yes — the Agent that submits them runs on macOS 13 or later, on your own machine. Discovery, tailoring and review work in any modern browser on any computer, so you can do everything except submission from a PC and pair a Mac when you want applications to go out.
